“Women’s Jiu-Jitsu” is our dedicated self-defence program for women, built on the principles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and designed specifically to address the most common threats women may face. Through our structured lessons, you'll learn how to respond to a variety of real-world scenarios—from hair grabs and wrist holds to ground-based assaults, even those involving weapons.
